What you get?

Conditions for borrowers

- Residents at the same location where VIB branches are based.

- Employees who are working for:

+ Government administration organizations

+ Enterprises listed on securities transaction centers

+ Enterprises operating in the following fields: finance, insurance, banking, airlines, oil & gas, post & telecommunication, medicine, electrics…;

- Have been working for the current employer for at least 12 months;

- Have indefinite term labor contract with current employer or definite term contract which has the remaining term longer than the loan term;

- Have an account at VIB for receiving monthly salary;

- Must have monthly salary of at least VND 2,000,000 if working for a Government administration organization or VND 3,000,000 if working for other companies;

- Holding a telephone line at home.

Required documents for loan

- Copy of ID card, residential certificate;

- Completed VIB’s loan application form;

- Permanent residential certificate, Temporary residential certificate;

- Copy of labor contract, pay-slip, 3 latest salary account statements;

- Last month Telephone bill.
