Rapid and convenient

- Simply walk into the nearest location/agent of any of our partner banks or money transfer companies abroad with the details of your remittance, and ask them to remit the funds to your relatives through VIB Bank.

- Right after being notified by our correspondent bank, we will immediately credit your beneficiary’s account opened with us or at any other banks in Vietnam (at your request). If you use the services of our partner companies, the funds will be available for pickup within minutes and the beneficiary does not need to have a bank account.

- Payout currencies: USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, CAD, VND, etc.

- The beneficiary can authorize another person to receive the fund.

Low fees and competitive exchange rates

The fees that we charge for remittance are, with very little exceptions, substantially more competitive than those charged by most money remittance outfits and many other Vietnamese banks. If the remittance is in foreign currency and you take the fund in VND, you will be exempted from any fee.

Money transferred via our partner money transfer companies will be received with no additional fee. There is only sending fee applied on the sender.

We offer various types of payment such as cash pick-up at VIB Bank branch/agent locations, crediting the beneficiary’s account opened with any bank. Through our nationwide network of branches and agents, we undertake to provide timely and flexible services satisfying every customer’s needs.

Supporting services

While using VIB Remittance, the beneficiary has the opportunity to open deposit account with VIB Bank free of charge. Moreover, VIB Remittance customers can also get linked to other VIB Bank banking services such as Saving, Lending, Settlement, etc. For example, the beneficiary can transfer free of charge the funds he has received in his deposit account into a saving account to enjoy a higher interest rate, or to pay for bills, pay in the form of transfer, and use many other VIB Bank personal banking services.
