
New structure accelerates service diversification
Since its establishment VIB Bank has launched a number of individual banking services, beginning with traditional services such as deposits, credit, settlement and money transfer. Its personal banking services truly began to thrive after the bank underwent restructuring in August 2004. The Personal Banking Division was established at that time to focus on developing individual banking services, card services and consumer loans.
The Division now has a staff of more than 400, all of whom possess a university degree or higher, have undergone training in professional skills and are in possession of all information regarding new services and changes in credit policy and customer policy.
The Personal Banking Division has continually improved and innovated since its establishment, ensuring safe and efficient business activities. Credit activities are the primary source of the Division’s income and are specialized in credit business and transaction units to serve customers better and faster and, at the same time, control credit compliance.
