Mr. HAN NGOC VU, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. HAN NGOC VU has been elected to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Vu was appointed to be the Chief Executive Officer of VIB Bank by the end of the year 2006.

Mr. Vu has over 20 years of experiences in business including 17 years of working as manager of banking and finance especially in the leading multi-national banking groups. Mr. Vu owns high background knowledge, degree of MBA issued by Solvay Business School - Belgium, degrees by Metropolitan Business College - Australia and the Institute for International Relation - Vietnam. Mr. Vu has held many essential positions in Vietnam and international banking system such as National Project-Sponsoring Manager and Hanoi Branch Manager of Citigroup in Vietnam, National Business Manager and HCMC Branch Manager of Credit Lyonnais Bank in Vietnam, Branch Manager of Calyon Bank in Hanoi.

Mr. TRINH VAN TUAN, Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. TRINH VAN TUAN has been continuously elected to be the Member of the Board of Directors by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Tuan was a Member of the Board of Directors since 1996 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the time of 2002-2008.

Mr. Tuan is one of founders of VIB Bank, he together with VIB Bank has overcome many difficulties to achieve current success. Before making investment in VIB Bank, Mr. Tuan had been studying and working many years in Poland.

Mr. DANG KHAC VY, Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. DANG KHAC VY has been continuously elected to be the Member of the Board of Directors by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Vy was a Member of the Board of Directors for the terms of I, II, III, IV (1996 - 2008).

Mr. Vy is one of the standing founders of VIB Bank.

Mr. Vy - Economic PhD, has worked in Russia for many years. Mr. Vy is, at the monment, Chairman of Future Generation Group - one of the biggest group invested overseas by Vietnamese. The Group performs in Eastern, Western and some Asian countries and its products appear in over 20 countries all over the world. Mr. Vy is nowaday one of the most successful Vietnamese businessman in Vietnam and oversea as well.

Mr. DO XUAN HOANG, Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. DO XUAN HOANG has been continuously elected to be the Member of the Board of Directors by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Hoang was elected to be a Member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors by 11th General Meeting of Shareholders in 2007.

Mr. Hoang had been studying and holding many positons in Ukraine and Russia for many years . Currently, Mr. Hoang - Economic PhD, is CEO of Future Generation Group - the biggest multi-sector, multi-national group of Vietmese overseas; Member of the Central Committe of 6th section of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front; Member of the Sponsor Council of Community Sponsor Fund (The Vietnamese Oversea Committee of the Foreign Affair Ministry), Vice-Chairman of Vietnamese Association in Russia.

Mr. DANG VAN SON, Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. DANG VAN SON has been continuously elected to be the Member of the Board of Directors by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Son was elected to be a Member of the Board of Directors by 11th General Meeting of Shareholders in 2007.

Mr. Son graduated from the Russian on Science and Art, the senior management program of the American Association on Management and Informatics Technology. Before becoming the Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Son had been working in Russia for many years as Managing Director of “Intermark” Trading Centre; Head of Representatives of FPT Group in Moscow; Chairman of ValMa-M Company; Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Phat Trade and Investment JSC and CEO of the Huong Dien Hydro-Electric JSC in Thua Thien-Hue Province.
