Mr. TRINH THANH BINH, Chief of the Supervisory Board

Mr. TRINH THANH BINH has been elected to be the Chief of the Supervisory Board by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Binh was appointed to be the Deputy General Director since August 2002 and reappointed Deputy General Director, Head of Personal Banking since August 2004 and Deputy General Director, Head of Card Services since early 2008.

With over 15 years of experience in banking and finance, high background knowledge, degree of Banking and Finance, Master of Business Administration in the Management Institute of Asia (AIM), Philippine, Mr. Binh has taken many positions such as Manager of the Foreign Exchange Department of Vietnam Bank for Rural and Agricultural Development, Manager of the International Payment Department of Vietnam Bank for Rural and Agricultural Development - North of Hanoi.

Mr. PHAM QUANG VINH, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. PHAM QUANG VINH has been continuously elected to be the Member of the Supervisory Board by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term of 2008-2013. Formerly, Mr. Vinh was elected to be the Chief of the Supervisory Board since 2002. In 2005 he was re-elected as the Chief of Supervisory Board, section IV (2005 - 2010) by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Mr. Vinh has high backgroud knowledge on banking, finance and audit in Germany and Vietnam with over 10 years of experience in banking industry. Before working in VIB Bank, Mr. Vinh has been expert of the Consultancy Program of the Technology Cooperation Organization of Germany in Vietnam.

Mr. NGUYEN QUYNH NAM, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. NGUYEN QUYNH NAM has been elected to be the Member of the Supervisory Board by the 12th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2008 for the term V (2008-2013).

Mr. Nam has been the Manager of Tax and Financial Consultance – Vietnam Consulting and Accounting Company; Auditing Senior Officer and Consulting Senior Officer – Vietnam Ernst & Young Limited Company; Manager of Investment – International System Investment and Trading Joint Stock Comapny (NETTRA).
