VIB Guide to Credit Card Payments During Public Holidays

Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) would like to inform you that during public holidays, VIB credit card repayment transactions are processed as usual and recorded promptly when you make payments via electronic channels.

To help you manage your payments conveniently and on time, VIB provides the following credit card payment methods:

1. Quick payment via MyVIB / Internet Banking

• Open the MyVIB app on your phone or log in to Internet Banking
• Go to the "Cards" section and select the credit card you wish to pay
• Choose "Payment"
• Select the payment amount (Minimum due / Statement balance / Current outstanding balance / or enter another amount)
• Confirm with OTP to complete the transaction

2. 24/7 instant transfer using your card number from another bank

• Open your banking app
• Select "24/7 Instant Transfer"
• Enter your VIB credit card number (printed on the card)
• If you do not remember your card number, open the MyVIB app → go to "Cards" → select the card → choose "More" → select "View Card Details"
• The system will automatically display your name
• Enter the payment amount (minimum due or full outstanding balance)
• Confirm with OTP to complete the transaction

3. Credit card payment via MoMo e-wallet

• Open the MoMo app and log in
• Select "More Services" → choose "Credit Card Payment"
• Select card provider: Vietnam International Bank (VIB)
• Enter the card number printed on the card or the card account number (7000xxxxxxxx or 00000xxxxxxxxxx) → Check outstanding balance
• Enter the payment amount (minimum due or full outstanding balance)
• Confirm with OTP to complete the transaction
