Refund of annual fee and gift for new credit card holders

I. Promotion: 1st-year annual fee refund
Customers will receive a 1st-year annual fee refund if they meet the following conditions within 30 days of card activation and no later than 45 days from card issuance:

- Minimum (≥) 3,000,000 VND for cards opened through for physical channel; or
- Minimum (≥) 1,000,000 VND for:
+ Cards opened through digital channels; or
+ Cards that meet special promotion conditions, as detailed below:
Register Credit Card on a special days
Special days include:
• Double days: 01-02/01/2025, 02-03/02/2025, 03/03/2025; or
• VIB Card Days: 20/01/2025, 20/02/2025, 20/03/2025; or
• Cardholder's birthday (based on the birthday recorded in the VIB card system); or
• Other days according to sales events communicated by VIB before the event.

Annual fee refund for supplementary cardholders
- Customers will receive an annual fee refund for supplementary cardholders according to the detailed promotion conditions below:
- Supplemental card issued successfully within 30 days from the date of primary card issuance. Primary card and supplementary card issuance date during program implementation.
- Supplementary card is activated within 30 days from the date of issue.
- Number of additional supplementary credit cards: maximum 2 cards/customer
- Supplementary cardholder has never issued any credit card Primary card and/or supplementary card) before the program period.

II. Promotion 02: Gifts for Spending Conditions
2.1 Movie Combo Gift (2 CGV tickets, 1 popcorn, and 2 drinks)
- New cardholders who have the card issued during the program and meet the spending condition of ≥5,000,000 VND within 30 days from card activation, and no more than 45 days from the card issuance date, will receive a movie combo gift.
- Quantity: 18,500 movie combos

2.2 Premium Thermos Set
- New cardholders who have the card issued during the program and meet the spending condition of ≥10,000,000 VND within 30 days from card activation, and no more than 45 days from the card issuance date, will receive a premium thermos set.
- Quantity: 1,000 sets

Note:
- In case multiple customers meet the conditions for winning but the number of prizes exceeds the available quantity, VIB will select customers based on the following priority order: (1) The earliest card issuance date; (2) The earliest card activation date.
- If a customer holds more than one card eligible for the offer, VIB will select the qualifying card based on the following order of priority: (1) The higher annual fee; (2) The earlier card activation date.
