Refunds apply only to room rates. For other fees (if any), including (without limitation): tourist tax (in some countries), service charge, food and beverage will not be refunded.
Refunds will be forwarded to the customer's credit card account within 60 days of staying at the hotel by Booking.com. In case that customer's card is closed, lost or locked, it will not be able to process the refund.
Refunds will be calculated on the original booking amount in Euro and will be refunded in Euro, so there will be changes in currency conversion. In the event of a change in the booking made, the refund value will be based on the final value that the customer actually has.
