Introduce new interface of MyVIB App: faster & more stable

On June 22 2020, VIB Bank has officially introduced a new version of MyVIB app – with an aim to provide customers with a better digital experience. So, let’s explore the significant changes in this version:
1. More simple interface
The upgraded user interface will allow customers to reduce the steps needed to make each transaction. Moreover, the bank has also researched a lot to optimize the size and position of every button, which makes it easier for customers to navigate on the app – even when they use MyVIB for the first time. All the basic functions have been optimized, such as: money transfer, top-up, bill payment, QR Payment…
2. Robust improvement in speed
Beside the new interface, this new version is also improved in transaction speed, stability and compatibility with different operating systems. Customers can easily feel the significant smoothness after several transactions.
3. Diversified ecosystem
In parallel with the new version, MyVIB app is also added with many convenient functions and utilities to cater for different financial needs from customers. Beside traditional features like electricity and water bill payment, credit card management, mobile top-up; customers can now use MyVIB to top-up into popular e-wallet such as: Momo, Airpay, VTCPay… The ecosystem network of MyVIB is continuously being expanded – in accordance with VIB’s promise to bring customers any financial utility by just one mobile app.
In addition, from now to Sep 30 2020, Vietnam International Bank VIB also has promotions for digital bank’s customers: Free transfer fee for transactions under 500,000VND and plus 0,1% interest rate for online term deposit.
