Vietnamese organizations that are residents, established and legally operating under Vietnamese law, EXCLUDING the following cases: (1) Foreign economic organizations have branches in Vietnam, or (2) Foreign businesses participate in investment activities under Vietnam investment regulations, or (3) Foreign contractors have executive offices in Vietnam; and
Customers must have an active current account at VIB

Currency: VND
Deposit Amount: Fixed at tiers of 50 billion VND, 10 billion VND, 5 billion VND, and 1 billion VND
Interest Settlement Method: Paid on a scheduled basis
Principal Adjustment: No increase or partial withdrawal of SmartTD principal during the deposit term
Early Withdrawal:
- Permitted only if the SmartTD has not been transferred to another ownerships
- The interest rate applied for early withdrawal is VIB’s non-term interest rate which is effective at the time of early termination. Any paid interest of prior interest settlement periods (if any) will be automatically offset against the SmartTD principal upon early termination
