Free personal safety insurance package for all VIB FamilyLink credit cardholder (included primary card and Suplementary card
2. Product features
The personal safety insurance package is initially to consolidate family care benefits, including:
- Tuition grant for children
- Accumulate to total indemnity limit for good student
- Daily hospitalization allowance due to accidents and the treatment expenses of pregnancy-related complications

4. Indemnity

| Complete insurance claim documents | Within 1 year from the date of the accident accurring |
| Response for customer concerns | Not over 2 working days |
| Inform claim result | Within 7 days, maximum15 working days from the date of receiving document fully |
| Release insurance claim payment | Within 5 working days from Insurance Company received customer agreement with insurance claim payment |

Note
- This is the insurance package which VIB has given to FamilyLink credit cardholders and free insurance fee during card lifecycle.
- Insurance validity will be ended if FamilyLink card is expired, canceled, delinquency, blocked by breaking the terms and conditions of credit card usage.
- Store fully documents/bills/invoices (orginal version) relating your transactions to be evidence when claim indemnity further.
