- OPES will indemnify the vehicle owner for physical damage caused by unforeseen and accidental risks to the insured vehicle in the following events:
  + Collision with third-party persons and/or motor vehicles; or collision with/impact from falling objects;
  + Overturning, derailing, sinking, or falling of the entire vehicle;
  + Unforeseen acts of nature (Acts of God);
  + Fire, explosion / Total loss of the vehicle due to theft or robbery;
  + Malicious acts or intentional vandalism
- Applicable Deductible:
  + Traditional taxis, ride-hailing vehicles: Minimum VND 1 million/occurrence
  + Other vehicles: Minimum VND 500,000/occurrence

- BS01: Replacement of parts without depreciation / New for Old (Not applicable for vehicles over 10 years old)
- BS02: Repair Workshop Choice Coverage
- BS03: Water damage / Hydro-lock coverage. (Deductible: 10% of the claim amount, minimum VND 1 million/occurrence)

- BS05: Partial theft coverage
- BS06: Safe Journey (Personal Accident extension)
- BS07: Coverage for modified, extended, or additionally installed equipment
- BS08: Coverage for vehicle physical damage occurring outside the territory of Vietnam
- BS09: Coverage for damage caused by specialized equipment mounted on the vehicle
- BS10: EV Battery and Charging Cable coverage (Slow depreciation)
- BS11: Roadside Assistance / Technical breakdown towing

- Vehicle owners with automobiles participating in traffic and operating within the territory of Vietnam
- Motor-driven vehicles with 04 or more wheels used for transporting people/goods, including or towing trailers/semi-trailers, or performing special functions/purposes as prescribed by the Law on Road Traffic.

All customers (including Individual and Corporate customers) wishing to purchase insurance, including:
- Borrowers with vehicles as collateral
- Non-borrowers owning vehicles and wishing to participate in the insurance

The owner, lessee, or the person assigned to manage/look after the insured property as stated in the Insurance Policy

- Motor Own Damage (MOD) insuranc
- Voluntary Motor Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance
- Personal Accident (PA) insurance for Driver, Co-driver, and Passengers

- The Period of Insurance is specified in the Certificate of Insurance / Insurance Polic
- The minimum term is 01 year and the maximum term is 03 years
