No. As a VIB Privilege Relationship Tier customer, you enjoy:

• No monthly service fees for checking and savings accounts
• No issuance, annual and ATM withdrawal fees at non‑VIB ATMs both domestically and internationally with the VIB Privilege Signature Debit Card.

If you are new to VIB Privilege Banking, you can become a Privilege Relationship Tier customer immediately by starting a long‑term banking relationship with VIB, for example through a Term Deposit of VND 1 billion with a tenure from just one month.

In practice, many customers qualify for VIB Privilege status simply by maintaining balances with VIB and using VIB as their main everyday bank. This may include maintaining an average balance from VND 200 million in a Current Account, or holding Term Deposits from VND 1 billion, depending on individual needs and banking preferences.

Eligibility is assessed based on your overall banking relationship with VIB, applicable to both new and existing customers.

If you do not maintain the required VIB Privilege Average Monthly Balance (AMB) for: (i) the first three (3) consecutive calendar months, and/or (ii) the subsequent six (6) months, your VIB Privilege Relationship Tier status and associated benefits may be reviewed and/or re‑tiered in accordance with VIB Privilege Banking policies.

Your AMB is reviewed periodically. To remain in the VIB Privilege Relationship Tier, the required balance range is from VND 1 billion maintained over 6 months.

If you are re‑tiered, VIB will notify you of your new Relationship Tier via automatic email notification.

VIB Privilege Relationship Tier customers are entitled to four (4) complimentary airport privileges each year, which can be used flexibly for airport lounge access and/or Fast Track arrival or departure services at participating airports.

To enjoy these privileges, customers are required to activate the VIB Privilege Signature Debit Card and complete at least one (1) financial transaction within 30 days from the card issuance date. Once eligible, customers will receive an email notification containing the usage code, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

In addition, customers may enjoy unlimited additional airport privileges. For every VND 30 million spent overseas (transactions conducted outside Vietnam and in foreign currency), customers will be granted one (1) additional airport lounge access or Fast Track service, applicable to both primary and supplementary cardholders.
