VIB opened new transaction office on Dinh Tien Hoang street, Hanoi

On 11 November 2014, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) officially opened a new transaction office – VIB Ho Guom at 49 Dinh Tien Hoang street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

The transaction office will deliver banking and financial services such as deposit, lending, payment, mortgage, discount, and others. Located in the downtown of Hanoi (in front of Hoan Kiem Lake) and with a friendly, modern transaction space under the new sales and service model of international standard, VIB Ho Guom will create feelings of comfort and convenience for all customers banking with the transaction office.

After over 18 years of operation, VIB now has more than 3,500 employees serving over 1 million personal and 25 thousand corporate customers at over 150 branches and transaction offices in 27 key provinces/cities across the country. By opening a new, modern transaction office, VIB demonstrates our strong development and commitment in contributing to best meet financial plans of personal, corporate and institutional customers in the area. This is also part of our bank’s plan to boost business and promote the brand in Hanoi and the roadmap to operate the new sales and service model by putting customers at the centre of our attention, that has been implemented since 2009.

The new sales and service model applied at VIB branches makes positive changes not only in the branch look and feel or communication messages but also the staff’s daily thinking and attitude, which will help create more values for customers. So far, 100% staff of all VIB branches/ transaction offices have been trained to well meet new requirements for customer service quality; meanwhile, 98% of VIB branches/ transaction offices have operated under the new sales and service model.
