Notice on the Discontinuation of ePass and VETC Electronic Toll Top-up Services on MyVIB

Vietnam International Bank (VIB) respectfully informs that, effective from 31 December 2025, VIB will discontinue the provision of electronic toll collection (ETC) top-up services for ePass and VETC on the MyVIB digital banking application.

This service discontinuation is implemented in compliance with Government Decree No. 119/2024/ND-CP dated 30 September 2024, which regulates payment for road traffic services.

For customers currently using the ETC services of ePass or VETC, please link a new funding source in accordance with the provider’s regulations to continue using the ETC service.
