Announcement: Phase 3 customers receiving combo bill payment rewards on MyVIB

The Vietnam International Bank (VIB) announces the list of phase 3 customers who have received rewards from the Combo Payment promotion, part of the program "Up to 50% Cashback and get iPhone 16 Pro Max when paying for Electricity, Water, and WiFi on MyVIB" by fully meeting the following conditions:

• Make payments for at least two different services from the Electricity, Water, and WiFi categories within the same month;
• Each invoice must have a value of at least VND 200,000;
• Applicable for both one-time payments and automatic payments made via MyVIB.

Phase 3 lucky draw results (Applicable to qualified transactions from 01-Jun-2025 to 30-Jun-2025; the draw was conducted transparently via random.org):

• 01 Grand Prize: iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB
• 250 Consolation Prizes: Electricity bill cashback voucher worth VND 100,000 each

Prize redemption method:

• Grand Prize: VIB will notify the winner via registered email and the MyVIB app, and will contact the winner directly to provide instructions on how to claim the prize within seven (07) working days from the announcement date.
• Consolation Prizes: The VND 100,000 cashback voucher will be credited directly to the “For you” section in the MyVIB app within seven (07) days from the announcement date. Customers will receive an in-app notification once the voucher is available.

Note on voucher usage:

• Applicable for electricity bills with a payment value of VND 800,000 or more.
• The voucher is valid for 45 days from the date it is credited to the MyVIB system.
• To view your voucher: Log in to MyVIB > go to the “For you” section > tap the % icon at the top right corner to see details.
