VIB Tay Ninh refurbished in new look and feel

On 16 January 2015, VIB Tay Ninh was officially refurbished in the new look and feel at No. 324 Road 30/4, Residential Area 1, Ward 3, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province. This is the first business unit of VIB that has been refurbished and opened in the new sales and service model in 2015.

After over 6 years of operation, VIB Tay Ninh has become one of the leading commercial joint stock banks here, with more than 10,000 local customers. By opening a new look & feel office, VIB demonstrates our strong development and commitment in contributing to best meet financial plans of personal, corporate and institutional customers in the locality. This is also part of our bank’s roadmap to operate the new sales and service model by putting customers at the centre of our attention, that has been implemented since 2009.

So far, 100% staff of nearly 160 VIB branches/ transaction offices have been trained to well meet new requirements for customer service quality; meanwhile, 98% of the branches/ transaction offices have operated under the new sales and service model. By applying the new sale and service model in our branches/ transaction offices nationwide, VIB has been awarded the Bank with Outstanding Award 2014.
