MyVIB: first mobile banking application in Vietnam to deploy e voucher feature

From June 19, customers having accounts at VIB will easily to buy E-vouchers of nearly 70 reputable brands with 1,821 stores directly on MyVIB mobile banking application, and receive free e-vouchers when successful transactions. This new feature brings the initiative, convenience, cohesion to customers and people, partners

In 2018, E-commerce in Viet Nam witnessed many outstanding changes. The online shopping market is more vibrant than ever now with the contribution of many big e-commerce exchanges. A  BOXME’s report, e-commerce revenue reached USD2,269 million and in the top 6 developed e-commerce platforms in the world 2018, the total number of customers on e-commerce was 49.8 million people and the trend of shopping online increased by 72% compared with YOY.

Consumer habits change rapidly, mobile shopping apps are coming out more and more to capture and convert “mobile users” to “mobile shopper”.  Based on that demand, VIB joined Gotlt (DayOne -startup) to deploy e-voucher feature with many utilities: No minimum payment value, no gift exchange limit, no e-voucher amount limit and no accrued fees.

Customers need to buy, or give gifts to relatives, friends, partners at anywhere, anytime. Access to MyVIB, find e-voucher feature, choose the value of cards or favorite gifts from reputable brands, then enter the email, phone number of the donor to automatically send the code,attach greetings and confirm payment to complete purchasing e-vouchers. This helps to save management resources, shipping and packaging fees than traditional forms.

The receivers can use at 1,821 points/ store of 70 famous brands to use: Fast food & coffee: Phuc Long, Highland, Dingtea, BoBaPop, Tous Les Jours..: Restaurants; Kichi-Kichi , Sumo BBQ, Gogi, Daruma, Ashima, Vuvuzela, ThaiExpress, Hoang Yen buffet... Fashion & comestic: Canifa, Vera, Geox breathes, Jockey; Shopping center& super market: CGV, Lotte Mart, BigC, Tiki, Agoda, FPT Shop,Viettravel, Klever Fruit....
