Celebrate VIB’s Birthday with a shower of gifts

In celebration of our 29th birthday, VIB is delighted to offer our valued customers a variety of exclusive gifts, available from September 13, 2025, to September 20, 2025.

1. Exclusive offers for primary cardholders

Offer 1: First-year annual fee waiver for Credit Cards

• Applicable to new customers who successfully apply for a credit card on September 13, 2025, and activate their card within 30 days of issuance.

Offer 2: First-year annual fee waiver for Global Debit Cards

• Applicable to new customers who successfully open a Smart Card/Platinum Card on September 13, 2025, and activate their card within 30 days of issuance.

2. Extra 1% interest rate voucher for Super Account registration

Eligible customers: Individual customers 

Period: September 13 to September 20, 2025.

Voucher information:

• Add an additional 1% interest rate for term deposits.
• Tenor: 1 to 5 months
• Deposit amount: All amounts
• The total interest rate and equivalent incentives shall not exceed the maximum deposit interest rate as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.
• Interest rate bonus policies cannot be applied simultaneously to the same deposit account.

Conditions:

• Get a +1% interest rate voucher for online deposits on MyVIB:
  • Customers who activate the Super Account for the first time at VIB between September 13, 2025 and September 20, 2025.
  • Customers who activated the Super Account before September 13, 2025 and have a minimum daily balance of > 0 for the first time in their Super Account between September 13, 2025 and September 20, 2025.
  • The voucher code will be sent to the customer in the "Notifications" section on MyVIB within a maximum of 2 days from the date the customer meets the conditions. Each voucher code can only be used once and is valid until the end of September 30, 2025. Customers can copy or save the voucher to their phone to use or gift to friends/relatives.
• Add an additional +1% interest rate for over-the-counter deposits: 
  • Customers who have a Super Account.

3. Scratch card lucky draw

Eligible customers: Individual customers who meet the following criteria on September 13, 2025:

• Have an active VIB Current Account (“A” status) and successfully register for the Super Account feature for the first time during the promotion period;
• Have not held a VIB Credit Card within 90 days prior to the promotion date, and successfully register for a primary VIB Credit Card (via branch or online);

Successfully issued a primary VIB Debit Card (via branch or online).

• For each condition met, customers will receive one Scratch Card.
• How to receive Scratch Cards:

During the promotion period, customers can visit any VIB Branch/Transaction Office to collect their Scratch Card(s).

Steps at Branch/Transaction Office:

• Step 1: Collect customer information for scratch card issuance.
• Step 2: Verify eligibility on VIB’s system.
• Step 3: Hand over the Scratch Card to the customer.
• Step 4: Guide the customer to scratch and reveal the prize.
