Receive a voucher for an extra 1% savings interest when depositing via CRM

VIB officially launches the cash deposit feature via CRM (Cash Recycling Machine) – a new-generation ATM that enables individual customers to easily deposit cash into their own or others’ VIB current accounts or credit cards anytime, including after business hours and on public holidays.

Especially, VIB offers an additional savings interest rate, giving customers a more complete experience and greater benefits.

1. Customer eligibility

• Depositors and account/card holders who make cash deposit transactions into Current Accounts or - Credit Cards via CRM during the promotion period.

2. Voucher conditions

• Receive +1% savings interest rate on term deposits.
• Applicable terms: 3 - 5 months
• Deposit amount: Up to VND 5 billion
• Channel: Online via the MyVIB app
• Voucher validity: 14 days from the date of issue
• Each customer may receive a maximum of one (1) voucher throughout the promotion. Customers may copy or save the interest rate voucher to their phone for personal use or to gift to friends/relatives.
• The interest rate voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other interest rate promotions. The post-promotion interest rate must not exceed the cap set by the State Bank of Vietnam (4.75%/year for terms under 6 months).

3. Voucher issuance

• Timeline: Within 7 days after customers meet the eligibility criteria
• Method: Notification via MyVIB or the email registered with VIB

4. CRM machine availability

• From 15/09/2025: CRM machines in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
• From 17/09/2025: All CRM machines nationwide
