1. Program 1

• Group 1 (*): Cash back is applicable when customers meet both conditions: the increased spending amount per month compared to the previous month and the required minimum number of transactions.
  • Increase from over VND 1,000,000 to VND 3,000,000 and at least 10 transactions/month: Cash back VND 200,000/month
  • Increase from over VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 and at least 10 transactions/month: Cash back VND 450,000/month
  • Increase from over VND 5,000,000 and at least 20 transactions/month: Cash back VND 1,000,000/month
• Group 2: Spend at least VND 200,000/month with a minimum of 2 transactions/month in the categories Supermarkets, Dining, Transportation, and Healthcare: Cash back VND 50,000/month
• Group 3: Spend at least VND 500,000/month with a minimum of 6 transactions/month in the categories Supermarkets, Dining, Transportation, and Healthcare: Cash back VND 100,000/month

2. Program 2

• Group 1: Spend at least VND 500,000/month: Cash back VND 100,000/month
• Group 2: Spend at least VND 300,000/month: Cash back VND 100,000/month

3. Important Notes

• Each customer may receive the cash-back reward only once during the entire promotion period.
• Each customer may participate in only one cash-back program.
• Customer groups are assigned individually and communicated via email, SMS, or Zalo ZNS.
