Get Super Fan tickets to the Anh Trai ‘Say Hi’ Concert 2025 by referring the VIB Smart Duo

VIB offers individual Customers (Referrers) exclusive Super Fan tickets and special benefits at the Anh Trai 'Say Hi' Concert 2025 when referring friends to open the Smart Duo (including the Super Account and VIB Debit Card). The concert will take place on December 27, 2025, at Van Phuc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

1. Offer for the Referrer

• Get 01 Super Fan ticket (3,500,000 VND/ticket) for every 10 valid Smart Duo referrals.
• Get an exclusive photo album of Anh Trai and an on-stage experience for the Top 3 referrers.

2. How to join

For Referrers:

• Register by texting VIB SUPERFAN to 6089 (fee: 1,000 VND/SMS) during the promotion period.
• The phone number used for SMS registration must match the one registered with VIB.

For Referee:

• Activate the Super Account feature on MyVIB:
  • Download the MyVIB app and open a Current Account (CA) on MyVIB.
  • Select “Accounts” > tap “+” at the bottom > choose “Super Account.”
  • Enter required information > under “Referrer (optional),” input the Referrer’s SMS phone number > follow remaining steps.
  • Maintain a minimum balance of 1,000,000 VND in the Super Account for at least a day during the promotion period.
• Open and activate the VIB Debit Card:
  • Log in to MyVIB > go to “Card".
  • Select “Open VIB Debit Card" then choose “Register now” and confirm personal details.
  • Select the preferred card type > confirm delivery address.
  • Verify information and enter the OTP to finish.
  • Go to “Card Management” > select the newly issued debit card > tap “Activate.”

3. Tracking referral progress

• VIB will send email progress updates to Referrers on November 22, 2025 and November 29, 2025.
• Final results will be emailed to customers, published on the VIB website and VIB Fanpage on December 4, 2025.

4. Reward redemption

Referral Reward:

• Referrers will receive their Super Fan ticket code via email and MyVIB.
• Referrers use this code to redeem tickets and attend the concert following the provided instructions.

Top Referrer Reward:

• Referrers will receive an email and MyVIB notification with instructions to claim exclusive photo album of Anh Trai and on–stage experience slot at concert.

Referrer:

• Customers who are using MyVIB and have an active CA on MyVIB.
• Make referrals for friends to open the Smart Duo according to the Terms and Conditions.
• Not applicable: customers with contracts/agreements to receive fees from VIB; partners receiving incentives, including VIB employees.

Referred:

• Customers who have never opened the Smart Duo before November 15, 2025, and successfully open it for the first time during the promotion period.
