Personalized Credit Card Design - Litmited Edition

VIB introduces personalized photo printing feature on credit cards – expanding customization options for customers who value individuality.

This new feature is launched alongside two existing options introduced since October 2024: selecting images from VIB’s design gallery and creating artistic images with AI – offering a more diverse, creative, and personal experience.

1. Promotion duration:

From July 4, 2025 to August 15, 2025

3. Eligible customers:

New credit card applicants and existing credit cardholders (card renewal/replacement). Applicable to Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

4. How to apply:

Step 1: Customers send a personal portrait photo to card.support@vib.com.vn. Email subject: “Đăng ký thẻ độc bản” (Apply for Personalized Card), and include the following information:

1. Full name
2. Phone number
3. National ID number
4. Card issuer (for new applications) or current card product name
5. Card orientation (horizontal/vertical)

Step 2: VIB will create the card design and send a demo version to the customer's email, along with a unique Design Code.

Step 3: After the customer confirms via email, they will use the Design Code to: Apply for a new card via online or in-person channels (for new customers), or request a card replacement/renewal (for existing cardholders).

5. Applicable fee:

• VND 500,000 per design (VAT included).
• The fee is only charged upon successful card issuance.
• This does not include any applicable fees for card replacement or product change, if any.

6. Notes:

Processing time:

• Card delivery time: Within 5–7 business days from the successful card issuance date.
• VIB's design response time: Within 2 business days from the date VIB receives a valid image file from the customer.

Image requirements:

• Must be a personal portrait photo of the cardholder
• Do not use images of celebrities, copyrighted materials, or inappropriate content
• File format: JPEG, PNG, JPG
• File size: under 5MB
• Minimum resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels
