Annual Fee Waivers for New VIB Debit Cards

Customers who open a new VIB debit card and make eligible transactions will receive a full waiver of the first-year annual fee.

Offer details:

• VIB Smart Card: Open a new card and complete at least one valid transaction of any amount
• VIB Platinum: Open a new card and spend from VND 1,000,000 or more

Eligibility criteria:

• Customers must not have previously owned any primary VIB debit card prior to this application, and must have an active Super Account at the time of reward determination.
• The following cases are also considered eligible: (i) Customers who have closed/cancelled all VIB debit cards and reapply after at least 90 days from the last closure date; and/or (ii) Customers who have only held Dual Cards (e.g., VIB Ivy Card, VIB Online Plus 2in1, VIB Family Link).
• Customers who currently hold an active iCard or Platinum debit card will be eligible under the card upgrade program.
• Depending on VIB’s policy from time to time, the reward may be delivered as a fee refund or recorded as a fee waiver in the system.
• For VIB Junior Smart Card, VIB Premier Signature, and VIB Priority Signature, the annual fee is waived according to each card’s built-in benefits.
