30% cashback up to VND 500,000 for transactions with a minimum invoice of VND 100,000, applicable to individual customers who make payment for public services on the National Public Service Portal by means of payment including: NAPAS card, account, QR code of VIB bank via NAPAS electronic payment gateway.

• Payment of fees and administrative fees
• Payment of personal taxes
• Payment of voluntary social insurance and health insurance for individuals/households
• Payment of taxes and registration fees on land and property

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Each customer using a NAPAS card/account, QR code via NAPAS payment gateway will be eligible for the promotion up to 02 times/month during the Program period.
• The program is divided into 3 phases with the duration of each phase as following:
Phase 1: from November 25, 2022 to December 25, 2022
Phase 2: from December 26, 2022 to January 25, 2023
Phase 3: from January 26, 2023 to February 25, 2023
Within 30 (thirty) days from the end of each phrase, VIB will make a cashback to the customer's account with valid transactions.
