TERM AND CONDITION FOR AIRPORT LOUNGE SERVICES
1. Benefit
  - Access to the classy services of more than 1,200 premium airport lounges.
  - Enjoy amenities such as: Buffet buffet, Free wifi, Computer & Office amenities, Locker, Massage chair, Shoe shine machine, Telephone; Magazine; TV, Relaxation Area, Bathroom, Pet Area, etc. Depending on each waiting room, amenities may vary.
  - Service can be applied to primary cardholders and supplementary cardholders.
2. General regulations
  - Customers request service at MyVIB application or contact VIB Customer Care Hotline 1900 2200.
  - Each 01 booking code is equivalent to 01 service use and only applies to 01 customer. Do not accept expired codes with "Used" status.
  - VIB is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided as well as any future disputes between customers and service providers.
  - Cardholders must book the service at least 90 minutes before the desired time to enter the lounge.
 

- After successfully registering for the service, the cardholder will receive an e-Certificate confirming the service. Once issued, the e-Certificate will not be refunded and has a specific expiration date as follows:

 + 30 days from date of departure for domestic lounges

 + 90 days from departure date for international lounges

One (01) time a customer successfully books lounge service is counted as one (01) privileged use. Each promotion is applicable to a maximum of registered customers and one (01) accompanying child under two (02) years old.

3. Fee
  VND 999,000/time/pax
  According to credit card fee schedule from time to time.
