System Upgrade announcement on October 16, 18, and 20, 2025

Vietnam International Bank (VIB) will carry out a system upgrade in October. Please kindly take note to avoid any impact on your transactions.

1. Upgrade schedule: 6-October-2025 from 11:00 PM to 11:20 PM

The following VIB services will be temporarily unavailable, including:

• All card transactions issued by VIB
• All card transactions at VIB ATMs
• All card transactions at VIB SoftPos
• All card transactions and features on MyVIB app

2 Upgrade schedule: 18-October-2025 and 20-October-2025 from 01:15 AM to 03:15 AM

The following VIB services will be temporarily unavailable, including:

• All card transactions issued by VIB
• All card transactions at VIB ATMs
• All card transactions at VIB SoftPos
• All card transactions and features on MyVIB app
• All online card issuance processes

After the above period, all services will resume normal operation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
