To further enhance quality of customer experience, VIB will adjust the Customer Service Hotline numbers from May 16, 2024 as follows:

(**) VIB will operate concurrently domestic Hotline numbers until June 16, 2024. After this date, when calling to 18008180 and 18008195, you will receive a notification message to contact the new Hotline number 19002200.

How to register: Contact the Hotline, press 0 to meet the operator and request to register for voice authentication.
In addition, customers will receive free support from Chatbot Vie (VIB's virtual assistant) when contacting via VIB Fanpage and VIB Zalo OA (with green check mark).
