Notice on handling errors in electronic invoices under decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP: Issuance of adjustment or replacement invoice minutes

According to the regulations on electronic invoices under Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP, both the seller and the buyer are responsible for preparing a written agreement clearly indicating the errors before correcting or replacing an erroneous issued invoice.
Effective from 1 June 2025, in accordance with prevailing legal regulations, for e-invoice issued by Vietnam International Bank (VIB), in case of identifying any discrepancies, VIB shall be responsible for notifying the Customer and sending a corresponding Minutes of Adjustment/Replacement Invoice immediately, via the email address registered by the Customer with VIB.
Customers may access the content of Invoices, Notifications and Minutes of Invoice Adjustment / Replacement via the VIB E-Invoice Portal: https://einvoice.vib.com.vn/vib_portal.html
Customers shall be required to respond and confirm the content of such Minutes via email or in writing to VIB within six (06) days from the date stated on the Minutes (“Response Period”)
Should VIB not receive any response from the Customer via email or in writing by the end of the Response Period, the Minute of Invoice Adjustment/Replacement shall be deemed accepted by the Customer and shall become effective as of the last day of the Response Period.
