Warning of fraudulent impersonation of bank employee collecting credit card issuance fee

Dear value customers,

Recently, on social networking sites there have been some reflections on the phenomenon of impersonating bank employees charging frauds to issue credit cards. Specifically, fraudsters create virtual accounts associated with the names of banks, including: Fanpage of banks specializing in opening cards / personal Facebook accounts / emails (eg [bank name] .thebank @ gmail.com ) to pretend to be a bank employee, gaining Customer trust. Then, the fraudsters use these channels to advise and deceive customers to transfer a fee to issue a credit card.

In order to avoid being exploited and deceived as in the above case, please  pay attention to the following:

VIB use only the email accounts with tail @vib.com.vn to send notification and offers to Customers.
VIB publishes criterias and  fees for issuing credit cards and other products at official website: www.vib.com.vn

Kindly to be careful of unclear messages and calls that requiring customers to transfer money / issuance fee for issuing the credit cards.
