VIB launched the payment discount program with special from 4% Real estate’s price and 9% Vehicles’ price

Vietnam International Bank (VIB) presents to you the Collateral sales payment discount program with special discount from 4%/Real estate’s price and 9%/Vehicles’ price for sales transaction of collaterals being sold by VIB.

Applicable customers: individual customers (including VIB employees) and organizations that purchase assets that are collaterals being sold by VIB
Program date: until the end of 31 July 2024.
Promotion details:

Asset type	Discount rate applied for customers who pay 100% collateral value in 01 payment period	Discount rate applied for customers who follow payment schedule according to Collateral sales deposit contract
Asset type	Payment made within 10 days from date of winning auction/signing date of Collateral sales deposit contract	Payment made within 10 days from date of winning auction	Remaining amount payment made within 30 days from date of winning auction
Real estates	5%	5%	4%
Vehicles	9%

Terms and Conditions:
- Real estates:
  - Customers successfully purchase real estates as collaterals for loans that VIB categorized as Non-performing loans or has used provision allowance to write-off and are sold by VIB through auction; and
  - Customers completed full payment for collaterals before (at least 01 day) payment deadline on Collateral sales deposit contract and no later than 31 July 2024.
- Vehicles:
  - Customers successfully purchase vehicles as collaterals for loans that VIB categorized as Non-performing loans or has used allowance to write-off and are sold by VIB through auction or direct sale; and
  - Customers completed full payment for collaterals before (at least 01 day) payment deadline on Collateral sales deposit contract and no later than 31 July 2024.
