Announcement of SMS Banking service fee change from April 2025

Vietnam International Bank (VIB) would like to inform you of the change to SMS Banking service fee from April 1, 2025, as follows:

Eligible Customers	Current fees (Before April 1, 2025)	New fees (From April 1, 2025)
Individual customers	Fixed fees: - Saving Package: 15.000 VND/ 1,5 FCY/ 150 JPY/ phone number/ month. - Standard Package: 30.000 VND/ 3 FCY/ 300 JPY/ phone number/ month. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Fees are charged at the beginning of each month.	Fixed fees: - Fee amount: 30.000 VND/ 3 FCY/ 300 JPY/customer/month. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Fees are charged at the beginning of each month.
Individual customers	Extra SMS fee: - A fee is charged if the customer exceeds 100 SMS/ month. - The fee is calculated based on the number of excess SMS, fee per excess SMS: 620 VND / 0,062 FCY / 6,2 JPY. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Charged at the beginning of the month following the fixed fee billing month.	Extra SMS fee: - A fee is charged if the customer exceeds 50 SMS/ month. - The fee is calculated based on the number of excess SMS, fee per excess SMS: 750 VND / 0,075 FCY / 7,5 JPY. - No exemption applies. - Charged at the beginning of the month following the fixed fee billing month.
Corporate customer (*)	Fixed fees: - Fee amount: 50.000 VND/ 3 FCY/ 300 JPY/ phone number/ month. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Fees are charged at the beginning of each month.	Fixed fees: - Fee amount: 50.000 VND/ 5 FCY/ 500 JPY/customer/month. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Fees are charged at the beginning of each month.
Corporate customer (*)	Extra SMS fee: - A fee is charged if the customer exceeds 150 SMS/ month. - The fee is calculated based on the number of excess SMS, fee per excess SMS: 620 VND / 0,062 FCY / 6,2 JPY. - Free for customers under preferential account packages. - Charged at the beginning of the month following the fixed fee billing month.	Extra SMS fee: - A fee is charged if the customer exceeds 75 SMS/ month. - The fee is calculated based on the number of excess SMS, fee per excess SMS: 750 VND / 0,075 FCY / 7,5 JPY. - No exemption applies. - Charged at the beginning of the month following the fixed fee billing month.

The above fees do not include VAT.
To optimize service experience, VIB provides the following support:

Effective from April 1, 2025, you can choose the transaction amount threshold for balance change notifications as follows:
- From 100.000 VND / 10 FCY / 1.000 JPY and above; or
- From 500.000 VND / 50 FCY / 5.000 JPY and above; or
- All transaction amounts.
You can switch to receiving balance change notifications for your current account completely free, safe, and convenient via MyVIB application (for individual customers) or VIB Checkout application (for MSME customers). Instructions for customer:
