Notice Regarding the Validity of Personal Identification Document National Identification Card

According to Clause 2, Article 46 of the Law on Identification No. 26/2023/QH15 issued on November 27, 2023, National ID Cards that are valid beyond December 31, 2024, will remain valid until the end of December 31, 2024. Therefore, VIB will update the expiration date of all National ID Cards currently valid beyond December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

To avoid any disruption in your transactions with VIB, please update to the latest form of identification (Citizen Identity Card/ Identity Card) by visiting the nearest VIB Branch/Transactional for assistance or by updating it through the MyVIB application.
