Notice on the closure of inactive current accounts for individual customers

Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) sincerely thanks you for using VIB's products and services.
Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions for opening and using current accounts for individual at VIB, we would like to formally inform you about the closure of inactive current accounts (CA) of individual customers in accordance with VIB's regulations. The details are as follows:
| Case | Details |
| In case the Customer wishes to continue using the CA | Customers are requested to visit the nearest VIB Branch/Transaction Office to either credit funds into the account to continue using it. |
| In case the Customer does not wish to use the CA, or does not respond |
If the customer does not visit a VIB Branch/Transaction Office to either close the account or make a transaction to continue using it, VIB will proactively close the CA after 10 working days from the date the notice is sent. Any remaining balance upon account closure will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CA service (See details here). |
