VIB provides guidance on Credit Card payment due during Lunar New Year 2026

Vietnam International Bank (VIB) would like to inform our valued customers that during the Lunar New Year 2026, credit card outstanding balance payments will continue to be processed normally and recorded promptly when payments are made via VIB’s electronic channels.

To help customers conveniently and proactively settle payments on time, VIB provides the following credit card payment methods:

1. Quick payment via MyVIB App / Internet Banking

• Open the MyVIB application on your mobile device or log in to Internet Banking
• Select Card Management, then choose Credit Card Outstanding Balance Payment
• Select the credit card to be paid
• Enter the payment amount (minimum amount due as per the statement or the full outstanding balance)
• Confirm the transaction using OTP to complete the payment

2. Fast 24/7 transfer via credit card number from another bank

• Open the mobile banking application of the bank you are using
• Select 24/7 Fast Transfer
• Enter your VIB credit card number (the embossed number on the card)
• If you do not remember your credit card number: Open the MyVIB app → select Card → choose the card you wish to view → select More → choose Card information
• The system will automatically display the cardholder’s name
• Enter the payment amount (minimum amount due as per the statement or the full outstanding balance)
• Confirm the transaction using OTP to complete the payment

3. Credit card payment via MoMo e-wallet

• Open the MoMo application and log in
• Select More Services → Credit Card Payment
• Choose the card issuer: Vietnam International Bank (VIB)
• Enter the credit card number or card account number (7000xxxxxxxx or 00000xxxxxxxxxx) → Check outstanding balance
• Enter the payment amount (minimum amount due as per the statement or the full outstanding balance)
• Confirm the transaction using OTP to complete the payment
