Nationality	Vietnamese or Vietnamese has a foreign spouse who lives in Vietnam
Age	From 18 years old and not exceed 70 at loan maturity
Residential/working address	<= 100km between VIB Branch operating lending process and customer's permanent address ; or <= 100km between VIB Branch operating lending process and customers's temporary address or; <= 100km between VIB Branch operating lending process and customers's property. - Be defined by the shortest road distance
Salaried income	Minimum working time: 3 months, minimum term of labor contract: 12 months
Rental income	Customer or his/her spouse is the owner of the property. Stable rental income in 6 months at least.
Dividend Income	Business Majors follows Vietnamese law The determination principle is the average of the most recent 12 months
Minimum income	15 Million VND/month

Documents

Identity Confirmation Documents:
- National identity card/Passport
- Married Status: Certificate of marital status / Certificate of Marriage
- Resident Documents: QR Code scanning results/ Certificate of Resident Status / Notification about the Process Result / Cancel residence registration/ Notification of personal identification number and Citizen Information in Data management police department
Income document
- Fixed-term 12 months employment contract and Salary Statement in the most recent 3 months
- Certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets/ Vehicle Registration Certificate and Rental
- Business Registration Certificate
- Documents of Capital Contribution
Loan Target Documents
- Certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets is going to repair
- Credit Agreement, Debt Agreement, Contract Addendum (if any), Mortgage Loan Contract that Customer is going to do final settlemen at other credit insituition
- Credit statements of the most recent 12 months of loans at other credit institutions
- Confirmation of the credit institution about the current outstanding balance
- Pictures of Internet Banking Statement or Statement with Stamp of Credit institution
