VIB conducts daily evaluations and will automatically assign you to a Privileged Customer tier if you meet the eligibility above.

Effective from July 18, 2025, VIB will officially launch and replace the Diamond Account Package with the new Privileged Customer Policy: (i) If you meet the Privileged Customer Policy, VIB will automatically stop the Diamond Package and move you to the new Privileged Customer tier, so you can enjoy the benefits of your corresponding tier; (ii) If you do not meet the Privileged Customer Policy, you will continue enjoying the benefits of your current Diamond Package until the earlier of its expiration date, or the date you meet the Privileged Customer tier conditions.

You need to maintain a 6-month average balance that meets the Premier tier criteria as defined by VIB.

VIB will automatically upgrade you to the Premier tier either before the 5th of each month or on the Priority tier's renewal date, whichever comes first.

VIB offers promotional programs such as discounts on personalized account opening fees and annual fee waivers for credit cards, exclusively for Premier and Priority tier customers.

Privileged Customer tier is valid for 6 months from the effective date.

On the expiration date, the system will automatically reassess your eligibility and either renew, upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue your tier based on your qualification status.
