TERM AND CONDITION FOR AIRPORT FAST TRACK SERVICES
1. Benefit
  -  Apply for quick pick-up/check-in service at over 110 airports globally.
  - The service has dedicated staff to assist customers with luggage transportation, customs procedures, immigration, etc. or you will be able to check in at the fastest counter/priority lane depending on regulations. each airport.
  - Service can be applied to primary cardholders and supplementary cardholders.
2. General regulations
  - Customers request service at MyVIB application or contact VIB Customer Care Hotline 1900 2200.
  - Each 01 booking code is equivalent to 01 service use and only applies to 01 customer. Do not accept expired codes with "Used" status.
  - VIB is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided as well as any future disputes between customers and service providers.
 

- For International airports:

 + Customers must book the service at least 72 hours before arrival/transit time.

 + Cannot be canceled before arrival/transit time.

- For domestic airports:

 + Customers must book the service at least 48 hours before arrival/transit time.

 + Minimum cancellation time is 24 hours before arrival/transit time.

3. Fee
  - Domestic terminal in VN: VND 999,000/time/pax.
  - International terminal in VN and International Airport: VND 1,099,000/time/pax.
