VIB Up Package - A flexible financial upgrade solution, unlock total benefits of over 610 million VND

VIB Up is designed as a financial subscription banking for individual customers, allowing customers to proactively select and combine benefits across a multi-product ecosystem including  Deposits - Loans - Cards.

The program is structured into three progressive tiers: Plus, Pro, and Elite, enabling customers to flexibly choose a participation level that best fits their financial needs and optimize benefits throughout their usage of VIB products and services.

Detailed information and benefits of each product package are provided below.

1. Deposit Product

Customers who register for the Deposit Package are entitled to multi-product bundled benefits worth up to more than  8 million VND/month within the VIB UP ecosystem, depending on each membership tier as follows:

1.1 Plus Package

• Discount on selected account opening fee: 10 million VND.
• Cashback of VIB Max Card membership fee (Plus tier), up to 3 months (maximum 300,000 VND)
• Additional i-1Depo deposit interest rate of up to 1.1% per annum, applicable to a maximum balance of 500 million VND.

1.2 Pro Package

• Discount on selected account opening fee: 15 million VND.
• Enjoy Trial Priority membership privileges, get  4 Airport lounges and receive VIB Priority Signature Card issuance
• Cashback of VIB Max Card membership fee (Plus/Pro tiers), up to 3 months (maximum 500,000 VND)
• Additional i-1Depo deposit interest rate of up to 1.5% per annum, applicable to a maximum balance of 1 billion VND.

1.3 Elite Package

• Discount on selected account opening fee: 30 million VND.
• Enjoy Trial Priority membership privileges, including 4 Airport lounges and receive VIB Priority Signature Card issuance
• Cashback of VIB Max Card membership fee (Plus/Pro/Elite tiers), up to 3 months (maximum 1,000,000 VND)
• Additional i-1Depo deposit interest rate of up to 2.0% per annum, applicable to a maximum balance of 1.5 billion VND

Fee & Waiver Conditions
Package fees are applied as follows:

• Plus:  220,000 VND.
• Pro: 1,100,000 VND.
• Elite: VND 2,200,000 VND.

Customers may be exempted from the package fee if they meet the average account balance requirement in the 01 month prior to registration:

• Plus: from 100 million VND.
• Pro: from 200 million VND.
• Elite: from 300 million VND.

2. VIB Up loan interest rate support package

Customers who register for the Mortgage Loan Package are entitled to interest rate incentives for medium- and long-term loans secured by real estate, with total benefits of up to more than 600 million VND, depending on the selected membership tier:

• Plus Package: Interest rate discount of 0.2% per annum, applicable to outstanding loan balance of up to 2 billion VND (*)
• Pro Package: Interest rate discount of 0.3% per annum, applicable to outstanding loan balance of up to 5 billion VND (*)
• Elite Package: Interest rate discount of 0.4% per annum, applicable to outstanding loan balance of up to 5 billion VND (*)

(*) The interest rate discount is applied throughout the loan term in accordance with program conditions. Customers are entitled to register one or multiple packages at the same time to maximize benefits.

In addition, customers who register for the Pro and Elite packages will enjoy Trial Priority membership privileges, including 4 Airport lounges

Package Fees

• Plus: 5,500,000 VND.
• Pro: 15,500,000 VND.
• Elite: 19,500,000 VND.

3. Max Card Credit Card Product

Customers who register for the Max Card membership package are entitled to cashback benefits of up to 10.8 million VND per year and spending privileges according to each tier (Plus, Pro, Elite). Full details are available at here.

Notes

• Customers may register or cancel the package at VIB Business Centers / Branches / Transaction Offices.
• At any point in time, each customer may register only one subscription package per product type (applied to Deposit or Max Card product).
• Benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the program and VIB’s policies from time to time.
