VIB Up is a financial membership package designed for individual customers, enabling them to proactively select and combine benefits across a multi-product ecosystem, including Deposits – Loans – Cards.
Each product package is structured into three ascending tiers: Plus, Pro, and Elite, allowing customers to flexibly choose the level that best suits for their needs and optimize financial benefits throughout their usage of VIB’s products and services.

1. VIB Up Depo Package - Raise interest rates by up to 2.1% p.a., including:

• Promotional iDepo 36/6M interest rate: 8.60%/year
• Promotional iDepo 36/3M interest rate: 8.20%/year
• Promotional i-1Depo interest rate: 7.50%/year
• Total promo limit up to 1 billion VND (*)
• Cashback of up to 3 months’ membership fee for VIB Max Card Plus tier (max 300,000 VND).
• Discount of 10 million VND on preferred account number fee.

1.2 Pro Tier, enjoy:

• Promotional iDepo 36/6M interest rate: 8.70%/year
• Promotional iDepo 36/3M interest rate: 8.40%/year
• Promotional i-1Depo interest rate: 8.00%/year
• Total promo limit up to 2 billion VND (*)
• Trial access to Priority Banking services, with complimentary issuance of VIB Priority Signature Debit Card.
• Get 4 airport lounge visits & Fast Track services.
• Cashback of up to 3 months’ membership fee for VIB Max Card Plus/Pro tier (max 500,000 VND).
• Discount of 15 million VND on preferred account number fee.

• Pro: 1,100,000 VND

Free trial VIB Up Depo is available when maintaining the required average balance in the current account during the 30 days prior to activation:

• Plus: from 100 million VND
• Pro: from 200 million VND
• Elite: from 300 million VND

2. VIB Up Loan Support Package – Reduce interest rates by up to 0.4% p.a., saving up to 600 million VND

2.1 Plus Tier

• Interest rate reduction of 0.2% p.a. for mortgage loans up to 2 billion VND (**).
• Cashback of up to 3 months’ membership fee for VIB Max Card Plus tier (max 300,000 VND).

2.2 Pro Tier

• Interest rate reduction of 0.3% p.a. for mortgage loans up to 5 billion VND (**)
• Trial access to Priority Banking services
• Get 4 airport lounge visits & Fast Track services
• Cashback of up to 3 months’ membership fee for VIB Max Card Plus/Pro tier (max 500,000 VND).

2.3 Elite Tier

• Interest rate reduction of 0.4% p.a. for mortgage loans up to 5 billion VND (**).
• Trial access to Priority Banking services.
• Get up to 6 airport lounge visits & Fast Track services.
• Cashback of up to 3 months’ membership fee for VIB Max Card Plus/Pro/Elite tier (max 1,000,000 VND).

(**) Interest rate reduction applies throughout the loan tenure, subject to program terms. Customers may register for one or multiple packages simultaneously to maximize benefits.

3. Max Card Credit Membership Package

• Customers can register/cancel packages at VIB Business Centers/Branches/Transaction Offices.
• At any given time, customers can only register for one package for each product type (applicable to VIB Up Depo packages or Max Card membership packages).
