VIB launches the feature of online transaction claim

In order to improve the customer experience, VIB officially introduces new feature of online transaction claim on MyVIB. This feature will allow customers to make claim online easily without coming to branch or making phone calls to VIB Customer Service Hotline. Benefits for customer: - To send transaction claim on MyVIB every time and everywhere - To receive the result immediately or maximum 3 working days (with complicated transactions) - To actively manage all transaction claims effectively VIB applies online transaction claim service for the below transaction types: - Fast transfers to account number or local card number - Topup mobile, topup e-wallet - Bill payment (electricity, water, telecom...) - Credit card payment MyVIB – An effective financial tool helps customers save time to enjoy life.
